PSBT BT-STAL Sp. z o.o. is a Polish manufacturer and distributor of steel products for the construction industry, specializing in welded reinforcement mesh, cold-rolled reinforcing bars and prefabricated reinforcement elements.
We operate our own production facilities in Rawa Mazowiecka, which enable us to handle both standard production runs and tailor-made orders manufactured according to customer specifications and project documentation.
One of our core areas of expertise is the production of welded reinforcement mesh. In addition to standard formats, we manufacture custom meshes with individual dimensions and bar arrangements, including the possibility of combining different bar diameters within a single mesh. We produce reinforcement mesh up to 12 metres in length and 3,6 m width,, intended for applications such as industrial flooring, road slabs, tanks,tanks covers, precast concrete elements and other reinforced concrete structures.
We also manufacture cold-rolled reinforcing bars and provide reinforcement prefabrication for bar diameters ranging from 6 to 32 mm. This allows us to supply both raw reinforcement steel and ready-to-use components prepared for direct installation on construction sites or for use in precast concrete plants.
One of our key strengths is production flexibility. We manufacture non-standard reinforcement layouts, various shapes and dimensions, as well as short production runs that may be difficult to achieve in conventional mass production. By combining our own manufacturing capabilities with steel distribution, we can provide comprehensive supply solutions for construction companies, precast concrete manufacturers and producers of reinforced concrete elements.
We place great emphasis on consistent product parameters and quality control. Materials and finished products are inspected as part of our factory quality control system, while production is carried out using traceable raw materials supported by appropriate material documentation.
BT-STAL continuously develops its machinery, production capacity and technological capabilities to meet the increasingly individual requirements of the market. Our goal is not simply to supply steel, but to deliver solutions that help our customers reduce processing steps, labour time and material waste at later stages of production or construction.
